Our clients and staff are our number one concern and we have put measures in place to do our best to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Clients are required to answer a few questions on the day of their visit to our salon. 

 

Please complete and submit the Covid-19 Health Declaration below before arriving for your appointment. As an added preventative measure we will test your body temperature as a part of the check-in process when you arrive.
